I felt right at home thanks to the amazing manager! the breakfast was just divine—so much variety! I’d DEFINITELY choose this place again, though the rooftop pool looked better in photos.

Loved this classy hotel: reasonably priced food and outstandingly accommodating and affable staff. The service was top-notch, we had an astonishing breakfast. On the plus side, there was parking on site. The venue was in a central location so close to the ferry to Fort Kochi, so many excellent restaurants, shops and even metro/train stations, and the city centre.

Had fine stay for an official visit. The location was comfortable and magnificent : shopping centres and a market were within walking distance.

The breakfast here was made fresh and they had live music playing, which added a nice touch. the food was really good too! A big plus was that this place is right in the middle of everything, so it's super convenient. Oh, and there's a shopping mall 🛍️ and a market nearby, perfect for some quick shopping or exploring.

Great way to end our trip. It's neat hotel nestled in a royal style building in the market area. Freshly prepared breakfasts with live music and good in taste too, for instance provided by the best staff. Wonderful location, 5 minutes' walk to Subhash Bose Park. Good restaurant just a short stroll away from the property.

Pricing and location

Inefficient reception, they didn't have mosquito repellant available in the room which is a common practice in India.

Checked in and within seconds the guy at the front desk upgraded us to deluxe without me even asking about it! Wonderful!

1.Perhaps there should be better receiption for new guests arriving. When I arrived at the hotel I felt rather lost. No one was there asking after what I needed and there is no proper reception area. Just some tables that looked more like an office. Would be good if reception staff were more attentive and if the reception area could be refurbished to look like a hotel reception area. 2.Further it was understood that giving my credit card number was as a guarantee for room, however I found that Travancore Court Hotel had charged me immediately upon booking. This is not what is stated as terms and conditions by Booked.net and did cause some confusion for me.

Facilities provided. Attitude of the staff who upgraded me to a suite. Cost effectiveness.

Had a great time staying here. the location was spot on, just a quick 5-minute walk from the bus station 🚶.

Good Hotel and got package deal

Fine location, reasonable price, helpful staff.

Not their fault, I expect, but I never got their Internet service working. This was a major problem for me, but they really tried their best to resolve it.
